You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed Clasy professional or related industry participant to use certain features of the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the App.

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Share patient information or violate any privacy laws.
• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Post content that is offensive, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Reporting & Moderation

• Users may report objectionable content using the in-app Report feature
• You can block or mute other users who engage in abusive behavior.
• Clasy will review reported content and take action (removal or account suspension) within 24 hours.
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or a permanent ban.

5. Reporting & Safety Features

To ensure user safety and maintain a respectful environment, Clasy provides the following tools:

1. Report a Post:

• Users can report posts that contain abusive, inappropriate, or harmful content directly through the app.
• Reported posts are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours, and appropriate action (warning, content removal, or suspension) will be taken.

2. User Report:

• If a user engages in harassment, spam, or other violations of community standards, they can be reported.
• Clasy’s moderation team will review such reports promptly and may take disciplinary action, including temporary or permanent suspension.

3. User Block:

• You can block any user to prevent them from viewing your content or sending you messages.
• Once blocked, neither user can interact unless the block is removed manually by you.

Clasy prioritizes user safety and reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate community standards or these Terms.

6. Ownership & License

• You retain ownership of the content you post.
• By posting content, you grant Clasy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content for app-related purposes.
• Clasy may remove content that violates these Terms at any time.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content within the App (excluding user-generated content) are the property of Clasy. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites. Clasy does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content or services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Clasy does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of user-generated content and is not responsible for any professional advice exchanged between users.

Clasy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold Clasy harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

• 1. How do I report a user?
  You can report a user directly through their profile or comment by selecting the three dots and choosing “Report.” This will open a form that is automatically sent to help@clasyapp.com.


• 2. What happens after a report is filed?
  Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Appropriate actions, such as warnings, content removal, or account suspension, are taken as needed.


• 3. How long does a review take?
  Our moderation team reviews reports and responds within 24 hours.


• 4. What about user anonymity?
  Reports remain confidential. Your identity will not be shared with the user you report.
